Delaram Rezaeikhonakdar is an associate in the Data Breach & Privacy Practice Group in the firm’s New York office. While attending Penn State Dickinson Law, Delaram worked as a research assistant and co-authored several articles about legal and regulatory issues of implementing AI and ML technologies in the U.S. healthcare industry. Prior to joining Lowey Dannenberg, she did two internships with the Future of Privacy Forum (FPF). And she worked at the Information Technology and Innovation Foundation (ITIF) as a Google Public Policy Fellow. Delaram obtained her LLM in European and International Laws at KU Leuven, Belgium, where she focused on the EU legal framework, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). She also participated in the Vis Commercial Arbitration and Price Media Law Moot Court during her undergraduate years at University of Tehran, Iran.
